Anna’s journey began with her early years as a competitive rhythmic gymnast. This background instilled in her a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics, flexibility, and strength, all of which she later channeled into her career in fitness.
Her love for movement led Anna to explore a variety of fitness disciplines, and she became a certified instructor in several prominent areas. She is proud to hold a Polestar Pilates certification, recognized globally for its rigorous and scientifically informed approach to Pilates. Polestar Pilates is a leader in Pilates education, emphasizing a holistic, client-centered approach to movement. The certification program blends classical Pilates principles with contemporary biomechanics, anatomy, and neuromuscular research, allowing instructors to provide effective, injury-free workouts tailored to the individual needs of their clients.
Additionally, Anna holds certifications from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) as a personal trainer, providing her with a solid foundation in functional fitness and sports conditioning.

Anna holds a BBA from Florida International University, which has equipped her with strong leadership and business acumen.
